Returns must be made to our warehouse in The Netherlands.

3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition.

All tags, packaging and accessories must be included.

Items must not show any signs of wear, washing or damage.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs and applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

We will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
The full order amount will be refunded via the original payment method.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item or size:
