What is the return policy?
No worries if it’s not the right fit! You can return your order within 15 days of receiving it, as long as it’s unused and in original condition. Just reach out to our team, we’re happy to help!
How do I take care of my garment?
To keep your item(s) in its best condition, wash it inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents. Hang dry to maintain fabric quality and prevent shrinking. Do not iron directly on the embroidery design.

8 SEPTEMBER
Embroidery has now also been completed for the Wildlife Hoodie, Warrior Jeans, Deer Jeans, Hide Hoodie, Snake Jeans and Phoenix Jeans. These items have now moved on to the sewing stage, where the embroidered panels are being assembled into the final garments.
Embroidery for the Tiger Hoodie is expected to be completed within the next few days. Once this is finished, embroidery will be complete for all items.
The Paint T-shirt is expected to complete the sewing stage on September 10, with the remaining items following shortly after.
31 AUGUST
The embroidery process has been going smoothly so far, with no issues.
Embroidery for all jeans, as well as the Wildlife, Tiger and Hide Hoodies, is expected to be completed by next Saturday.
The Paint T-Shirt and Wolf Hoodie have already completed the embroidery stage and are now moving on to sewing, where all panels will be assembled into the final garments.
28 AUGUST
All printing has now been completed, and all products are currently in the embroidery stage. Once the embroidery is finished, all panels will be sewn together to complete the garments.
The jeans will then undergo an additional washing process, while the hoodies will be fully completed once the panels have been sewn together.
24 AUGUST
All fabrics have now been fully cut into the required panels for each product. Embroidery is currently underway for all products, with the exception of the Paint T-Shirt and Tiger Hoodie, which are first going through the printing process. Once printing is complete, these pieces will also move on to the embroidery stage.
Additionally, the fabric for the Warrior Jeans has now been embossed, completing another important step in the production process.
20 AUGUST
Fabric cutting for all jeans is now fully underway and is expected to be completed within the next few days. Once this stage is complete, all products will move on to the embroidery process later this week.
17 AUGUST
Production is fully underway, with all required materials, including fabrics, buttons, YKK zippers and labels, already ordered.
For the jeans, the denim is currently being prepared before it is cut into the individual garment panels. The hoodie fabrics are one step ahead: panel cutting has already been completed and the fabric is now being washed and pre-shrunk.
Once all fabrics have been cut into panels, they will proceed to the embroidery stage.
10 AUGUST
The website has closed to new orders and production has started. Production is expected to take between 6-8 weeks. There are no delays expected.
27 JULY
Our newest collection is now available and the store will remain open for two weeks. For any questions or changes to your order (like a size swap), please email us at contact@wofen.co.
